How to Order

  1. Find the minerals you want to buy. You can do this by browsing the galleries or using the search facility.
  2. On the mineral page, click the buy button.
  3. This mineral is now in your shopping cart. You can access your cart at any time by clicking the your cart link along the top.
  4. When you have all the minerals you want to order in your cart, press the checkout button on the cart page
  5. Enter your delivery details on the next page, and choose your payment method. At the moment you can either pay by sending a cheque or by Paypal. You can pay with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) with Paypal.
  6. Press Next. You are asked to confirm your order. Final shipping charges will be calculated and shown on this page base on the country you entered on the preceding page.
  7. What happens next depends on the payment option you selected.
    • If you selected pay by cheque thats it! You've placed your order. Send your cheque to the address shown on the page confirming your order and I will ship your minerals as soon as (usually on the same day) I receive payment.
    • If you selected pay by paypal you should now be taken to paypal's site. Follow their on-screen insructions to make the payment (For more detailed instructions on paying by paypal Click Here). Once you press Pay you should be taken back to this site, to a page confirming that your order was received. The advantage with this method is that I receive your payment immediately, so I can ship your minerals immediately.
  8. You should receive an e-mail confirming your order. The shipment will be sent in mainland UK or overseas by Royal Mail and will always be sent "fully insured".
  9. If you are not fully satisfied and I recieve it back in as original condition I will give a full refund.
